Getting your kit from ROADKIT.com is simple and convenient. Most items are available for instore pickup with no shipping fees! Just choose “Store pickup” when you order online.
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. For a smooth experience, bring your "ready for pickup" email or your ID. When you arrive, we’ll quickly bring your items to you so you can start enjoying them right away!

- Choose the "pick up in store" option.
- Check your email. We'll send you a "ready for pick up" confirmation email when your order is ready.
- Pick up your order. Before arriving to the store, please bring the following:
- A valid photo ID (like a driver's license or passport)
- Your "ready for pick up" confirmation email
Your order will typically be ready for pick up within 2 hours of placing your order.
Orders placed within 2 hours of the store closing or after store hours will be ready for pick up the following business day.
Holidays and store closures will affect pick up times.
Wait for the pickup notification email before visiting us
We'll hold your order for up to 7 days. If we don't hear from you after 7 days, your Order will be cancelled by the end of day.
Roadkit offers a 30-day return or exchange period for all online purchases. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. You can return items with a valid receipt at our retail location. Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original form(s) of payment.
We will only accept returns on items that are in their original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, undergarments, or products that are worn or damaged.
Clearance items ending in .94 are Final Sale. These items are not eligible for refund, exchange, store credit, or gift cards.
